Autograph Policy
Autographs by Brian Vickers are NOT AVAILABLE on merchandise purchased through licensedDIRECT, unless
specifically noted or otherwise offered on an item made available for sale – no exceptions! licensedDIRECT,
LLC. is an independent legal entity and subcontractor of Brian Vickers, LLC. and is not able to request,
offer or otherwise process any fan requests for Brian Vickers autographs. All licensedDIRECT customers
are subject to the official autograph policies of Brian Vickers, LLC., which are posted at Brian Vickers’
official website. We kindly ask all customers to familiarize themselves with this policy regarding any
autograph questions or requests

How to Order Merchandise
Orders may be processed via three separate options:
- On-Line (recommended – simple, fast & secure!)
- Mail-Order (Print & Mail)
- Fax
* licensedDIRECT does NOT accept phone orders for merchandise at this time.
Order Processing
In-Stock Items: Please note the following order processing terms before selecting your shipping
method establishing an expected delivery timeframe: Orders for in-stock items that request
standard ground service shipping should be processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding
weekend days and holidays. Orders submitted on weekend days and holidays should be processed
within 48 hours beginning with the next business day. Orders submitted for in-stock items that
request priority shipping methods (i.e., other than standard ground service) should be processed
and shipped within 24 hours; however, if such orders are placed by 2:00pm eastern standard time
(EST), licensedDIRECT shall make reasonable efforts to ship “priority shipping” orders the
same-day if possible.
Back-Order Items: For items not currently in-stock, customers may choose to submit a back-order
for the item(s). Customers choosing credit card payment terms can automatically back-order items,
but their credit card will NOT be billed until the item(s) arrive and the order is actually
processed and shipped. For all other forms of payment, customers must provide prepayment to
back-order an item. All back-ordered items will list an estimated delivery or due date when
the item is expected to become available to ship to the customer. Please note that estimated
delivery dates are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer production and/or
delivery schedules and other outside factors; licensedDIRECT, LLC. has no control over actual
delivery dates for back-order items but shall make all reasonable efforts to publish estimated
delivery dates based on the most accurate information available.
All back-orders WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PROCESSED & SHIPPED immediately upon receipt of the
item(s) in-stock. A customer may cancel an open back-order at any time prior to the actual
processing and shipping of the item(s), but accepts full responsibility for prompt and
sufficient notice to licensedDIRECT (please see “Customer Service – Change/Cancel Order or
Backorder Policy below for additional details). By back-ordering an item, the customer
acknowledges and agrees to all such terms.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Official members of the Brian Vickers Fan Club (BVFC)
receive an automatic 10% discount on published prices; however, BVFC members are required to register
as customers with licensedDIRECT using their same BVFC username & password in order to process their
discount properly. This procedure is the BVFC member’s responsibility and licensedDIRECT cannot be held
liable for any discount not applied to an order.
Payment Terms
Accepted forms of payment include VISA and MasterCard credit cards, personal check or money order
(or equivalent certified payment). Please allow 10 additional business days for processing of
payment by personal check.
Shipping Terms
UPS is the preferred shipping service of licensedDIRECT, LLC. licensedDIRECT reserves the right
to make all final decisions regarding shipping carriers if and/or when necessary.
Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service. licensedDIRECT
cannot be responsible for damages due to carriers' negligence.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING TERMS: Normal order processing and shipping terms, including delivery timeframes,
may be affected by special holiday shipping schedules established by the respective carrier(s);
LicensedDIRECT, LLC. cannot be held responsible for any order delivery delays resulting from such
policies, inclement weather or other outside factors not within its reasonable control which may
impact order delivery. It is highly recommended that customers placing orders on or near applicable
holidays verify and factor any such variances into their desired delivery timeframe and choice of
shipping service, prior to placing their order.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges for each order are automatically calculated during order processing, based
upon the approximate weight of the item(s) and published shipper rates – factors affecting the
net shipping charges for an order include the total net weight of the item(s) ordered, basic
packaging required to safely ship such item(s), the total value of order and accompanying
shipper insurance, the destination address and the method of shipping chosen by the customer.
Orders with a delivery address located outside of the continental United States may be subject to
additional freight or related surcharges and/or taxes, according to shipping carrier policies and
actual order destinations. Such additional fees may not be accounted for during standard automated
order processing; in such instances, the customer shall be notified and is responsible for any such additional charges.
Order Errors
Any discrepancies in order processing or shipment, such as quantity of items invoiced versus actual items
delivered, must be reported within 10 days of receipt by customer in order to make a legitimate claim of error.
Return/Exchange of Merchandise
Customer return policies are established in the best interests of both our customers and
licensedDIRECT, LLC. If a customer fails to follow these basic procedures, the return or
exchange will NOT be processed.
All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by an authorized representative of licensedDIRECT
via issue of an RGA (return goods authorization).
Receipt of return/exchange must be accomplished within 30 days of date of purchase.
All sales of inventory overstock, clearance and other similar sale and/or special merchandise
are considered final upon shipment from licensedDIRECT; there is NO return policy for such
transactions.
LicensedDIRECT will NOT accept or process returned merchandise unless the customer has first
been issued a proper RGA #. Please DO NOT return any goods without pre-authorization from
licensedDIRECT.
Return/Exchange Shipping Charges
If return/exchange is requested or required due to shipping error by licensedDIRECT or receipt
of a defective product, customer shall not be responsible for associated shipping charges.
In all other cases, customer shall be responsible for shipping charges associated with
return/exchange.

RGA Form and return to licensedDIRECT, LLC.

Product Return/Exchange Guidelines
All returned/exchange merchandise must be received by licensedDIRECT, LLC. in identical, new
condition as originally shipped to the customer – no exceptions. THIS INCLUDES THE PACKAGING
FOR THE MERCHANDISE ITSELF, when applicable. If the merchandise, including its packaging, is
not "like new" (as originally shipped to the customer), it cannot be resold as new; therefore,
a restocking charge and/or denial of credit may apply.
All merchandise must be properly repackaged in order to ensure safe shipment and delivery of
the merchandise to licensedDIRECT, LLC.
Following are examples of improper packaging/shipping procedures:
- Returning merchandise "loose" in the shipping container, allowing it and/or the packaging
to become damaged during transit.
- Writing on or otherwise defacing the packaging, damaging packaging beyond reasonable efforts
required to open or use the merchandise, or not returning the merchandise in the original
packaging.
licensedDIRECT, LLC. reserves the right to apply a restocking charge and/or deny credit to the
customer for returned merchandise that has been special-ordered, altered, modified, damaged, or
otherwise changed from its original state, regardless of reason.
"Return of Merchandise" policies for licensedDIRECT, LLC. are designed to ensure that we can
provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction possible. All customers are
expected to adhere to this policy. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please

Warranty/Disclaimer
There are absolutely no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose or application. licensedDIRECT, LLC. will not be responsible for any incidental
or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury, to the
full extent permitted by law.
licensedDIRECT, LLC. reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, specifications and
any other changes to products without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar
products previously manufactured or made available. licensedDIRECT, LLC. assumes no liability for
errors contained herein.
