Only active official members of the Brian Vickers Fan Club (BVFC) are entitled to purchase BVFC-licensed merchandise. If you are an active member and cannot process an order that includes BVFC merchandise, the likely explanation is that you are not using your BVFC username/password when accessing your merchandise account to process an order. BVFC members MUST use their current BVFC username/password in order to purchase BVFC merchandise, receive your automatic 10% member discount and any other related BVFC member entitlements, such as product “purchase certificates”.

You have three simple choices when processing your order under these circumstances: (1) you can elect to have your entire order shipped when complete (i.e., order will not ship until all items become available) or (2) you can elect to ship the items that are available immediately and any backordered items will ship separately as they become available or (3) you can “split” your orders (i.e., create separate orders based upon how you would prefer to receive the items.

Our state-of-the-art order processing system specifically calculates the weight and accompanying shipper charges based on the total weight of the item(s) shipped. licensedDIRECT does not apply a separate handling charge. Your final net shipping charges may vary slightly as a result of multiple shipments involving backordered items, but such an amount, if any, will be minimal.
When my package arrived, the box was damaged and my merchandise was missing or damaged as well – what do I do?
Unfortunately, damage can occur periodically during transit using even the most respected carriers. You will need to notify the carrier (shipping service) that delivered the package to your address that your order was damaged or destroyed and file a resulting claim with them. If you are having any related problems, please contact us for assistance.
I ordered an apparel item that did not fit properly – what can I do?

Return/Exchange Policies. licensedDIRECT will accept product returns only after a customer has submitted a proper RGA (return goods authorization) request that has been approved. In this specific case, licensedDIRECT has taken all reasonable steps to provide the most accurate sizing/order information available. Unfortunately, apparel sizing for men, women and youth can vary widely from manufacturer to manufacturer. If the item has not been worn/used and the RGA is submitted/approved, the customer may return the item for exchange, credit or refund but will be responsible for associated shipping charges.
