2004 Race Weekend Souvenir Trailer Appearances
Representatives of Hendrick Motorsports and Brian Vickers will make all reasonable attempts to schedule an
appearance at the official Brian Vickers/GMAC Racing souvenir trailer each weekend at NEXTEL Cup Series events.
It is a priority for Brian to be able to personally visit and meet with his fans. Unfortunately, however, there
are no assurances for an appearance at any given event due to the variety and complexity of other demands on his
schedule from team, sponsor, NASCAR and related commitments. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience to
fans that might result from his appearance being delayed and/or cancelled.
Dates/times for souvenir trailer appearances may vary – common times include after Pole Qualifying, after final
practice (Happy Hour) and raceday morning. The ONLY WAY to verify if or when Brian Vickers will be appearing at
his souvenir trailer is to visit the trailer in person and inquire with the staff. If an appearance has already
been confirmed, they will typically post the information.
Autograph tickets will be distributed and required at each appearance, unless otherwise specified by the trailer
staff. The number of autograph tickets distributed each week AND the number of items allowed to be autographed may
vary from track to track, and is subject to change without notice.
Tickets will be distributed at the trailer in advance of any scheduled appearance.
Possession of a ticket should ensure you will get an opportunity to meet Brian and get an autograph.
BVFC members will receive priority in distribution of tickets; however, members are still required to solicit a
ticket in advance (no exceptions).
Pictures may be taken.
Any merchandise presented for autographs must be officially-licensed; personal items or effects are also acceptable.
Representatives of Hendrick Motorsports, Brian Vickers and the souvenir trailer will make all reasonable attempts
to honor the scheduled appearance time; however, if there is a delay or cancellation, the souvenir trailer staff
should notify ticket holders promptly. We kindly ask for fans’ understanding that such delays may be attributed
to a variety of circumstances, none of which are the personal fault of Brian Vickers.

Will Brian be making an appearance in my hometown, or at a particular event?
Any event in which Brian Vickers would be available to meet fans will be posted in
this section, usually at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise, we have no way of confirming
whether Brian might be in a specific area at a particular time, and hence cannot accurately
answer any such questions.
Will I be able to personally meet Brian at an event? A majority of the events listed
in this section should allow fans an opportunity to meet Brian Vickers and/or acquire an
autograph. Please bear in mind that we do not always have the specific itinerary of each
event, the guidelines for the fans or the intent of its organizers. If you have a specific
question regarding an event (ex. – can I get my picture taken with the driver?), we would
kindly suggest you contact the event organizers rather than Brian Vickers, LLC. Brian
Vickers will accommodate fans’ requests to meet, take pictures and/or sign autographs to
the best of his personal ability. Available time is often very limited at public appearances,
so we also recommend that fans be prompt or ahead of schedule in order to maximize your
opportunity to meet Brian.
Can I meet Brian at a “Television/Media-Related Appearance” listed?
In most cases, the answer is “NO”; television and media-related events listed in this
section are for information-purposes only, unless otherwise specified. We provide this
information simply to allow our fans advance notice of opportunities to enjoy coverage
of Brian Vickers and his team.
When/Where is the best opportunity to meet Brian Vickers and/or acquire an autograph?
Brian Vickers makes personal appearances at a variety of events throughout the year; however,
the most common and effective way to meet Brian is at the official No. 25/Brian Vickers souvenir
trailer(s) during a race weekend. At many NASCAR Nextel Cup Series events, unless otherwise
specified, Brian will have a scheduled appearance at his official souvenir trailer (see images)
to meet fans and sign autographs. In most cases, information related to these appearances will
be posted in this section several days prior to the event.
Will Brian autograph more than one (1) item per person at an appearance? Brian Vickers
will try to accommodate “reasonable” requests regarding autographs. However, at most events,
numerous fans are waiting for their opportunity to meet the driver(s) and/or acquire an
autograph. As a result, some event organizers may automatically limit the number of
autographs per person. Otherwise, we simply ask that fans use reasonable common sense and
respect the rights of their fellow fans. Fan who would like Brian Vickers to autograph an
item may follow the guidelines listed in the “Autograph Request” section.
